We had the pleasure of working with MLW last year on a complete gutting and remodel of a small house in the 5 Pts area of Athens. The house was taken from a 3 bedroom 1 bath to a 2/2.Parts of the ceiling were taken up to the rafters and walls were removed to open up the living and kitchen areas. MLW was a pleasure to work with from the beginning. They were very professional and had a great attention to detail. Being a General Contractor and resident of Florida, I was thrilled to find someone who I could count on to keep us up to date on progress and someone who always followed through with our questions, suggestions and changes. I’m very particular on how I like things done and could not have been happier on how they dealt with me and my wife. Marty, Ken and the entire crew and subs were a pleasure to work with. They were up very upfront on costs and charges. We visited several times during the construction and were always very happy with progress. You will not be disappointed in using them. Good people.
